About the role
The Talent Acquisition Executive will lead end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for DHL UAE, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hosted employees. The role combines strategic sourcing, compliance management, and continuous improvement of hiring processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and visa processing.
- Coordinate onboarding for hosted employees, ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for hosted employees, providing guidance throughout their integration.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding efficiency.
- Generate and analyse recruitment metrics, presenting insights to senior management.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships across internal and external partners.
Required profile
- Strong experience in full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage compliance, audit requirements, and Emiratization initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Data‑driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
