Talent Acquisition Partner – Real Estate

About the role

Support Al-Futtaim Real Estate’s growth by attracting and securing high‑calibre mid to senior level talent across Asset Development, Asset Management and Shared Services. The role acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR Business Partners, delivering a fast, insight‑led and candidate‑centric hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to translate workforce plans into hiring priorities and recruitment strategies.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for Manager to Director‑level roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, market maps and succession plans for critical and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarks and competitor insights to support hiring decisions.
• Facilitate competency‑based assessments, reference checks and offer negotiations within approved budgets.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years hiring mid to senior‑level talent in the GCC.
• Experience in real estate, construction, retail or related sectors, preferably in‑house within a large matrix organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and trusted partnership building with business leaders and HRBPs.
• High levels of discretion, integrity and commitment to fair, compliant recruitment practices.

Required skills

• Proficient use of SAP SuccessFactors for recruitment data and reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and talent mapping.
