Talent Acquisition Specialist (6‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for Hafeet Rail, supporting Emiratization and Omanization targets while ensuring a compliant and positive hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding using the Oracle recruitment system.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, agencies, referrals and career fairs.
• Conduct screening interviews, coordinate technical and panel interviews, and extend offers within approved salary bands.
• Ensure compliance with UAE/Oman Labour Law and company HR policies.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire and cost‑per‑hire.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of UAE and Oman labour legislation.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRMS platforms, especially Oracle recruitment system.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Recruitment sourcing and candidate assessment techniques.
