Talent Acquisition Specialist – Arabic Speaker

About the role

Join Serco Middle East as a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 3‑month contract, supporting the Transport and Aviation sector in Dubai. You will work closely with senior talent acquisition and HR partners to attract and select high‑quality candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from needs analysis with hiring managers to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates through CV databases, social media, networking, headhunting and talent pools.
• Maintain the SuccessFactors ATS, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
• Conduct pre‑screenings, attend interviews, draft interview packs and advise hiring managers.
• Ensure vacancies are advertised in line with statutory requirements and the Serco brand.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of in‑house or agency recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Professional, influential communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
• Experience with ATS/Recruitment systems, specifically SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of SAP recruitment modules.
