Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with retail recruitment experience to join our Dubai team. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, source qualified candidates, and ensure timely hiring to support our extensive retail network across the Gulf.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple retail outlets, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, agencies, referrals and other channels.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Negotiate salary expectations, extend offers and handle documentation.
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor metrics such as time‑to‑hire and cost‑per‑hire.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal recruitment policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in retail (fashion, perfume, cosmetics, luxury goods or FMCG).
• Proven experience recruiting for store‑level positions in the UAE market.
• Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with ERP and recruitment reporting tools.
• Proficient use of job portals, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
