Talent Acquisition Specialist – Physicians

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist – Physicians will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for medical doctors at American Hospital Dubai. You will partner with department heads to understand staffing needs, source qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring process that complies with Dubai Health Authority standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with department directors to define recruitment requirements for physician positions.
• Post vacancies on internal portals, LinkedIn and other approved job boards.
• Screen CVs according to AHD/DHA criteria, conduct cold‑calling outreach and initial interviews.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, send reminders and manage interview documentation.
• Prepare offer letters, guide candidates through pre‑employment medicals and DHA licensing procedures.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles, update shared folders and generate monthly recruitment reports for the CHRO.
• Provide justification for salary deviations and support onboarding hand‑over to the HR onboarding team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum three years of recruitment experience in a hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Health Authority recruitment guidelines.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
