Talent Acquisition Specialist – Real Estate Recruitment

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment of Property Consultants and Real Estate Agents for the Dubai and Abu Dhabi markets. You will partner with sales managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality, commission-driven candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract Property Consultants and Real Estate Agents for Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Screen candidates for sales experience, confidence, and readiness for commission-based roles.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interviews with sales managers.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified real-estate candidates.
• Post job advertisements across multiple platforms and manage applicant responses.
• Track recruitment progress using CRM or internal tracking systems.
• Coordinate onboarding requirements for selected candidates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in real-estate or sales hiring.
• Experience hiring for commission-based positions is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai and Abu Dhabi real-estate market and typical agent profiles.
• Excellent communication and interviewing abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking candidates.
