Talent & Culture Coordinator

About the role

The Talent & Culture Coordinator supports AccorHotel’s Human Resources function in Dubai, ensuring smooth administration, recruitment, training and employee engagement activities. The role works closely with managers and staff to uphold HR policies, UAE labour law compliance and the company’s culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop action plans, allocate resources and coordinate departmental activities to meet priorities.
• Maintain confidential employee files, prepare monthly HR reports and organise internal events such as cocktail parties and high‑tea gatherings.
• Manage recruitment processes including posting ads, liaising with agencies, scheduling interviews and conducting exit interviews.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, UAE labour legislation and Accor’s Code of Conduct.
• Support performance management, induction, training programmes and succession planning for various staff levels.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain accurate records.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organisation.
