About the role
The Senior Human Performance Specialist will develop and deliver General Training for the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP) under the E2 Project. The role covers the full ADDIE cycle, administrative support for training databases, and regular updates to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver Human Performance training such as HU Tools and Nuclear Performance Improvement (NPI) to plant and supplemental workers.
- Develop and maintain training materials, assessment banks, handouts, exams and eLearning modules.
- Conduct needs analysis, post‑training evaluations and feedback summaries to measure effectiveness.
- Coordinate procurement of training items and provide SME support for material development.
- Support outage operations 7 days a week through field observations and LITF training.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training design or human performance.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the ADDIE instructional design methodology.
- Experience reviewing and developing eLearning modules.
