Specialist - HR Operations

About the role

Join ADCB’s HR Operations team to support onboarding, off‑boarding and employee services while ensuring compliance with internal policies and UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process HR operations transactions across onboarding, off‑boarding, employee services and records.
• Coordinate documentation, system updates and stakeholder communication for employee joining and exit.
• Maintain accurate employee files, probation documentation and HR system records.
• Handle UAE National pension registrations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide HR operations support to employees, managers and internal partners, responding to queries and service requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR operations, employee services or HR administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and UAE National Pension administration.
• Experience in a regulated or large corporate environment.
