About the role
EY MENA’s Tax Technology & Transformation (TTT) team is seeking a Manager to lead client‑facing projects that modernise tax, finance and reporting processes across the GCC. You will design, build, test and deploy technology‑enabled solutions that improve compliance, reporting and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, analytics and reporting delivery for corporate tax, indirect tax, e‑invoicing and VAT reporting initiatives.
- Develop and validate data solutions using SQL, Alteryx and Tableau.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, governance activities and ensure release readiness.
- Coach junior team members and produce high‑quality client‑ready deliverables.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience in tax technology, tax transformation, compliance/reporting transformation, data & analytics or management consulting.
- Strong stakeholder management, documentation and delivery execution skills.
- Collaborative, client‑focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
