Team Leader – Order Management & Support

About the role

The Team Leader, Order Management & Support will oversee purchase request validation, order processing and material coordination for telecom/IT projects. You will act as the central point of contact between project teams, procurement, finance and vendors to ensure seamless execution.

Key responsibilities

• Validate Purchase Requests (PRs) against project requirements, budgets and governance policies.
• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) following approved BOQs and approval workflows.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Project Delivery and vendors to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
• Review Project Acceptance Certificates (PACs) and Bills of Quantity (BOQs) to support accurate GSRN processing.
• Manage material Move Order requests and arrange supply from company warehouses.
• Monitor CAPEX and OPEX budget realization, flagging variances and risks.
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures, financial controls and governance standards.
• Provide end‑to‑end support and issue resolution for PR, PO, GSRN and related matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in E‑Commerce or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of experience in telecom/IT project order management.
• Proven experience with ERP and project management tools such as Oracle, Jira and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder management abilities.
