Team Leader – Sterile Production

About the role

Julphar is seeking a Team Leader for its Sterile Production line (J‑II) to drive safety, quality and continuous improvement. You will lead a team of supervisors and operators, ensuring compliance with regulatory, EHS and cGMP standards while fostering a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all production activities comply with local regulatory, Julphar EHS and cGMP/GxP requirements.
• Monitor and enforce safety practices, PPE usage and conduct departmental risk assessments.
• Lead investigations of incidents, deviations and near‑misses, documenting findings and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain quality risk assessments, CAPA implementation and change control actions.
• Support the Technical Operations Director on safety‑related projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Track and report safety and quality KPIs to achieve annual objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing or a similar regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, cGMP/GxP standards and quality management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop production teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a focus on risk mitigation.
