About the role
The Team Leader, Strategic Customers will manage strategic customer accounts in Al Ain, acting as the primary liaison between ADNOC Distribution and its key customers. The role ensures uninterrupted fueling operations by addressing all requirements, queries, and service delivery in line with ADNOC standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all fueling activities across customer locations, ensuring compliance with HSSEQ standards and preventing shortages.
- Plan, allocate, and optimise manpower at customer sites to guarantee full coverage and timely response to urgent activities.
- Coordinate regularly with customers, acting as the main point of contact and liaising with internal departments such as finance, maintenance, and procurement.
- Prepare, review, and approve monthly reports, sales data, accident logs, and maintenance records for assigned regions.
- Oversee fire drills, safety audits, and equipment maintenance to maintain a safe working environment.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans in collaboration with customer officers.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing strategic customer accounts, preferably in the fuel or energy sector.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to work with customers and multiple internal teams.
- Ability to plan and monitor manpower resources effectively.
- Familiarity with HSSEQ standards and safety procedures.
- Detail‑oriented with solid reporting and documentation capabilities.
