Team Manager

About the role

As a Team Manager at CELINE, you will report directly to the Store Director and lead a team of Client Advisors, driving sales performance and delivering exceptional client experiences in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective commercial strategies and KPI monitoring.
• Provide continuous product training, ensuring deep knowledge of CELINE’s offerings, craftsmanship, and heritage.
• Motivate and develop team members through regular one‑to‑ones, performance tracking, and tailored coaching.
• Oversee floor operations, ensuring seamless client interactions and high service standards.
• Maintain operational excellence, compliance, and efficient store processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience in luxury or fashion.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytical skills to assess KPIs and drive strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for fashion with deep understanding of CELINE’s brand and heritage.
