Tech Recruitment Consultant – Contract/Permanent

About the role

We are seeking a Tech Recruitment Consultant to join Smartchoice International in Dubai, delivering both permanent and contract tech talent across the Middle East. The role offers a competitive base salary of 20,000‑30,000 AED plus up to 50 % commission.

Key responsibilities

• Source, assess and place candidates in Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & AI and Software Engineering roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both permanent and contract assignments.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across the region.
• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the growth of the Middle East tech talent portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience within the technology sector in the Middle East.
• Demonstrated ability to win business and engage senior decision‑makers.
• Strong understanding of the regional tech market and recruitment processes.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Cloud technologies.
• Experience with Cybersecurity solutions.
• Familiarity with Data & AI concepts.
• Understanding of Software Engineering roles.
