Technical Lead – Mobile App

About the role

The Digital Revamp programme at DAMAC is launching new consumer‑facing mobile applications, including DAMAC Living and DAMAC 360. As Technical Lead – Mobile App you will be the governance authority for the entire mobile portfolio, responsible for architecture, delivery and performance of the React Native codebase.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the React Native codebase for DAMAC Living, DAMAC 360 and DAMAC Central.
• Manage App Store and Google Play accounts, handling submissions, code signing and compliance.
• Integrate and oversee SDKs such as Firebase, Branch.io, UAEPASS and various payment gateways.
• Govern the relationship with the Microsoft managed‑service partner, ensuring technical standards and delivery commitments.
• Define CI/CD pipeline standards using Fastlane or Bitrise and control release governance.
• Lead sprint planning, architecture decisions and release sign‑off for the mobile team.

Required profile

• 10+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 5 years of production‑grade React Native.
• Proven end‑to‑end ownership of App Store and Play Store releases.
• Experience in technical governance within a managed‑service or enterprise environment.
• Strong background in deep SDK integrations and high‑traffic B2C mobile applications.
• Ability to lead sprints and oversee digital transformation delivery.
