Technical Program Manager – ELV & Smart Systems

About the role

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager – ELV & Smart Systems to lead the planning, delivery, integration, testing, and commissioning of complex ELV, ICT, physical security, and smart technology systems within a large‑scale transformation program in the UAE. The role combines strong technical understanding with program leadership, coordinating multiple workstreams, contractors, OEMs and system integrators to ensure a fully integrated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of ELV, ICT, physical security and smart systems from design through handover.
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Coordinate systems such as CCTV/VMS, Access Control, BMS, AV, digital signage, IoT sensors, structured cabling and network infrastructure.
• Oversee FAT, SAT, system integration testing, commissioning, UAT, defect resolution and acceptance.
• Ensure cybersecurity, availability, resilience and performance are built into technical delivery.
• Maintain program governance, provide senior management reporting and drive resolution of complex integration issues.

Required profile

• 14+ years managing complex technology, ELV, ICT or smart‑systems projects/programs.
• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle from design and procurement through installation, integration, testing and handover.
• Strong background in multi‑vendor, multi‑contractor environments and interface management.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and translate technical issues into clear business decisions.
