Technical Project & Bid Support

About the role

DNV is seeking a UAE National to join its Energy Systems team in Abu Dhabi as a Technical Project & Bid Support professional. You will work closely with project managers and team leaders to support technical and advisory projects across the Middle East and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating safety studies, reliability studies, and asset risk management projects.
• Support communication between internal teams and external partners, and document client meetings.
• Contribute to project tracking, reporting, invoicing, and identify future project opportunities.
• Help develop proposals, presentations, and tailor service offerings for clients.

Required profile

• UAE National with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 1‑2 years experience in safety, reliability, or asset risk management within the energy sector.
• Experience supporting bid and proposal preparation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to produce technical reports and documentation.
