Technical Project Manager – AI Product Implementation

About the role

We are a fast‑growing technology company in Dubai seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of our proprietary AI products for enterprise and government customers. This role sits between the customer, product, and engineering teams, owning projects from requirements gathering through solution design, integration, testing and production launch.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of enterprise AI products.
• Work directly with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear delivery plans for engineering teams.
• Coordinate developers, AI engineers, architects and product teams.
• Manage integrations with enterprise systems, APIs and data platforms.
• Own timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder communication.
• Support UAT, deployment, launch and adoption.
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders across the UAE and internationally.

Required profile

• Background working directly for a technology or software product vendor.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise technology implementations.
• Strong technical or engineering grounding.
• Comfortable working closely with software engineering teams.
• Strong customer‑facing and stakeholder‑management capability.
• Previous Middle East experience.
• Experience working across international projects.
• Willingness to travel to Europe when required.
• Currently based in the UAE.
