Technical Project Manager (Arabic)

About the role

The Technical Project Manager will be the single point of contact for day‑to‑day delivery of the Bidder’s resources assigned to SP. Working on‑site, you will plan, coordinate and control project delivery, ensuring alignment with SP priorities and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, assign and track work of all Bidder resources, maintaining project/work plans, RAID logs and change requests.
• Prepare weekly status reports and the Monthly Service & KPI Report, including resource scorecards.
• Manage attendance, timesheets, leave planning and backup arrangements for the team.
• Coordinate onboarding, replacement and off‑boarding of resources with SP.
• Facilitate weekly progress review and monthly service review meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of IT delivery experience, including at least 6 years managing technical projects or teams.
• At least 3 years experience in UAE government or semi‑government entities.
• Fluent English; Arabic strongly preferred for stakeholder communication.
• Full‑time availability on‑site at SP premises, Monday to Thursday.

Required skills

• Project and delivery management across Waterfall, Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid methods.
• Working knowledge of Oracle technology stacks, infrastructure and DevOps.
• Proficiency with Jira/Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence and Power BI (or equivalent).
• IT service management (ITIL) processes: incident, change and release.
• Mandatory certifications: PMP (PMI) or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
