Technical Project Manager – Consent Management (Cassie)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a complex consent management implementation on the Cassie platform. You will coordinate across product, engineering, architecture, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration across multiple systems within a highly distributed ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive delivery for all Cassie‑related workstreams, translating product requirements into work packages, milestones and system deliverables.
• Coordinate integration orchestration, defining event contracts, data payload structures and end‑to‑end data flows (Source → MuleSoft → Cassie → downstream systems).
• Facilitate technical workshops with product, architecture, engineering, MuleSoft and external vendors, producing clear decisions, documented workflows and actionable next steps.
• Configure Cassie to match business and consent models, including data model, consent categories, channel mapping and policy enforcement.
• Identify and manage cross‑system dependencies, risks and compliance requirements, maintaining logs and trackers.
• Define and oversee integration testing, UAT scenarios and production readiness, ensuring audit trails and edge‑case coverage.
• Serve as the single point of coordination for all Cassie‑related delivery across internal teams and external platforms such as Braze, GCM, Ticketmaster and SevenRooms.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of API integrations, event‑driven architectures and middleware platforms.
• Experience working with consent management or regulated data environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and drive cross‑functional alignment.
