Technical Project Manager

About the role

Quantexa is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and end‑to‑end delivery of data‑analytics implementation projects for its global client base. You will work within a multidisciplinary Delivery team alongside engineers, analysts, data scientists and architects, and collaborate with major consulting partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle, managing scope, schedule, budget and quality while proactively mitigating risks and issues.
• Drive commercial and financial aspects, negotiating contracts and handling Time‑and‑Materials or Fixed‑Price arrangements.
• Coach and mentor technical team members to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Engage with client stakeholders and internal leadership to align expectations and secure project success.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, escalating to the wider Quantexa organisation when needed.

Required profile

• Proven project management professional with a track record of delivering complex, high‑value projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to influence both client and internal teams.
• Experience working with large enterprises and consulting partners such as the Big Four.

Required skills

• Expertise in project methodologies, particularly Agile.
