Telecommunications Engineer / RF Engineer

About the role

We are looking for technically skilled and detail‑oriented Telecommunications and RF Engineers to design, analyze, maintain and optimise communication systems, ensuring reliable connectivity and high network performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, implementation, testing and optimisation of telecommunications infrastructure and networks.
• Analyse RF coverage, signal strength and quality, perform frequency planning and address interference issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, review system configurations and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Conduct RF measurements, antenna configuration, link‑budget analysis and equipment evaluation.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics or RF Engineering.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Understanding of telecommunications systems, wireless technologies and network fundamentals.
• Knowledge of RF principles, antenna systems, frequency planning, signal propagation and interference analysis.
• Familiarity with network planning, RF measurement tools, testing equipment and telecommunications analysis software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and data analysis.
