Telesales Agent – Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Telesales Agent to generate sales over the phone, build relationships with prospects and support the field sales team. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers, presenting investment projects and closing deals while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers.
• Check Do Not Call Registry (DNCR) status before each call.
• Present company projects and investment opportunities.
• Answer questions about products and the company.
• Ask probing questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Transfer qualified leads to the field sales team when needed.
• Enter and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Accurately record call details, sales information and feedback.
• Handle customer grievances to protect the company’s reputation.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to future sales pipelines.
• Submit daily end‑of‑day reports to the line manager.
• Maintain professional brand representation through empathy and effective communication.

Required profile

• Attested bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer‑service role.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software (preferably real‑estate focused).
• Familiarity with telephone systems.
• Good knowledge of standard computer programs used in sales environments.
