Telesales Consultant - Precious Metals Investment

About the role

A well-established international investment company specialising in physical precious metals and wealth preservation is expanding its sales team in Dubai. It is looking for a highly motivated Telesales Consultant to acquire new investors through structured outbound sales, convert qualified leads into first-time clients and build long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to warm and cold leads.
• Qualify prospective investors based on investment objectives, liquidity and suitability.
• Present investment opportunities in physical gold and silver as portfolio diversification solutions.
• Handle objections on pricing, storage, investment risk and market conditions.
• Convert qualified prospects into first-time investors and coordinate handover to Portfolio Managers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records including notes, pipeline stages and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly activity, conversion and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of outbound telesales experience.
• Experience selling financial services, investments, insurance, wealth products or other high-value consultative products.
• Demonstrated success against sales KPIs and conversion targets.
• UAE based or willing to relocate.

Required skills

• Excellent English communication; Arabic highly preferred.
• Strong objection handling and consultative selling.
