Telesales Executive - Forex Trading

About the role

A sister company of the employer, operating in the forex industry, is hiring a confident and motivated Telesales Executive. You will contact prospective clients, introduce the company's trading services and support interested clients through account opening and onboarding. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-approved leads.
• Introduce the forex trading services, platforms and account options.
• Understand client interests, answer general enquiries and qualify potential leads.
• Explain account opening requirements and coordinate with the onboarding team.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain professional client relationships.
• Record calls, client feedback and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned calling, lead generation and sales targets.
• Take part in training to build product knowledge and sales skills.
• Follow compliance procedures, communicate trading risks accurately and avoid promising guaranteed returns.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of English (additional languages an advantage).
• Confident telephone manner, strong listening and persuasion skills.
• Previous telesales, sales or customer service experience preferred; forex or financial services experience is an advantage.
• Target-driven, organised and willing to learn.
• Must be available to join immediately.
