Telesales Listing Specialist

About the role

Join a fast‑growing real‑estate team in Dubai as a Telesales Listing Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for property owners, generating new listing opportunities and supporting the sales and leasing teams with high‑quality inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to property owners and potential clients.
• Generate new sales and rental listings and secure exclusive agreements.
• Collect accurate property details, pricing, availability, photos and required documentation.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, leads and follow‑ups in the CRM.
• Coordinate with agents to ensure listings are published and actively marketed.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly listing‑generation targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, call centre, customer service or real‑estate is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Confident making a high volume of outbound calls with a professional telephone manner.
• Target‑driven, organised and persistent.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of the Dubai real‑estate market.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up consistently.
