Telesales Representative (B2B)

About the role

This B2B telesales role generates sales opportunities through high-volume outbound calling, customer follow-up, quotation preparation and booking of showroom demonstrations. The focus is on moving prospects through the sales pipeline so that the sales team can create opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential business customers, introduce robotic products and solutions, identify interest and understand basic requirements.
• Prepare and send approved quotations quickly, and follow up until the customer moves to the next stage or the opportunity is closed.
• Work towards booking customers for showroom demonstrations, online presentations and sales meetings, confirm appointments and hand interested prospects over to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, quotations, meetings and follow-ups in the CRM, ensuring no opportunity is left unattended.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, sales, lead generation, business development or customer acquisition.
• Confident making a high volume of outbound sales calls every day.
• Strong communication, persuasion, follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable working with call targets, quotation targets, demo-booking targets and weekly sales KPIs.
• Good written and spoken English; experience using CRM systems is preferred.
• Valid UAE residence visa or Golden Visa is required.
