Telesales Specialist – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this full‑time position you will drive revenue growth by contacting prospects, presenting our products, and converting leads into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively call potential and existing customers to promote and sell our products and services.
• Explain product features, answer questions, and recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM after each interaction.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to build a strong pipeline.
• Handle customer grievances professionally to protect the company’s reputation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer‑service role.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably over the phone.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Resilient, persistent, and results‑oriented.
• High school diploma required; a relevant degree is a plus.
