Territory Sales Executive - Distribution/Trading

About the role

We are a dynamic Dubai‑based trading and distribution company seeking a motivated Territory Sales Executive to drive business growth across the UAE. You will be the face of our diverse product portfolio, building relationships and delivering tailored supply solutions to new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling and site visits.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Present, promote and sell a wide range of products, highlighting features and benefits.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings to understand client needs and propose customised solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience from sale to delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar B2B sales role, preferably in trading or distribution within the UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven with a proactive approach.
• Fluent English; Arabic knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of the MS Office Suite.
