Test Manager

About the role

The Test Manager will lead end‑to‑end testing of web services and API solutions for a multinational organization, ensuring high‑quality releases in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and execute functional and non‑functional API test strategies using Postman, SoapUI and related tools.
• Create reusable test cases, data sets and SQL scripts to validate service contracts, business rules and backend data.
• Coordinate defect triage with development, product and operations teams, providing clear documentation and impact analysis.
• Monitor testing metrics such as defect density, execution progress and coverage, and report status to stakeholders.
• Guide test analysts on best practices and ensure compliance with internal quality guidelines and external regulations.

Required profile

• 9‑11 years of professional testing experience, primarily in API and web‑service testing.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with distributed, hybrid teams.
• Analytical mindset with proven problem‑solving abilities for defect investigation and root‑cause analysis.
