Ticketing Agent – Guest Services

About the role

The Ticketing Agent provides friendly, efficient service to guests purchasing water‑park tickets and locker access at Atlantis Dubai. Working at the front gate and ticketing plaza, the role ensures accurate cash transactions and a smooth entry experience for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the ticketing plaza and counters.
• Process ticket sales, locker rentals and cash transactions using an electronic cash register and credit‑card machine.
• Follow cash‑handling procedures, complete cash‑out reports and maintain accurate records.
• Manage locker inventory, assist guests with locker use and clear lockers at the end of each day.
• Monitor guest entry and exit, enforce the “No wristband, No Entry” policy and scan wristbands.
• Report guest misconduct, security issues and any operational concerns to the Team Leader or Assistant Manager.
• Provide assistance to hotel guests obtaining beach‑pass wristbands and escort VIP guests when required.
• Support the ticketing team with additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Previous experience in cashiering or cash handling.
