About the role

We are seeking a motivated Ticketing Agent to join our logistics and travel support team in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves providing professional assistance to customers through multiple channels while handling airline and travel reservations with precision.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Book, modify, and cancel airline and travel tickets using reservation systems.
• Assist clients with travel documentation, visas, and related requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and transaction details in the company database.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets.
• Resolve complaints and issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Experience with airline or travel ticketing and reservation systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in the United Arab Emirates.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
