Ticketing Agent

About the role

IIQAF Group is looking for a detail‑oriented Ticketing Agent to join its hospitality and travel operations in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on managing reservations, ticket bookings, and travel coordination for our customers, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to ticket issuance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle ticket reservations, bookings, and cancellations for customers.
• Manage travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and related hospitality services.
• Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo to process ticketing operations.
• Provide accurate information on fares, schedules, and travel options.
• Assist customers with inquiries, changes, and itinerary updates.
• Maintain booking records and ensure system accuracy.
• Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and internal hospitality departments.
• Process payments, invoices, and ticket confirmations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of airline ticketing procedures and travel regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• UAE travel or hospitality experience is a plus.
