Ticketing Officer – Tour Operations

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Ticketing Officer to join our tour operations team in Dubai. You will manage the end‑to‑end purchasing, coordination and distribution of tickets for a wide range of tour products, ensuring that guides, customers and operational teams receive the correct tickets on time.

Key responsibilities

• Purchase and secure tickets for rail, mountain excursions, attractions, museums, boat services, transportation passes, activities, events and third‑party tourism services.
• Verify passenger details, dates, schedules and product inclusions before ticket issuance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport operators and attractions to obtain confirmations and resolve ticketing issues.
• Maintain ticket inventory, monitor seasonal allocations and manage urgent or last‑minute ticket requests.
• Update internal systems with ticket references, confirmations and operational notes, keeping accurate records.
• Distribute tickets to operational teams, tour guides or customers within required timelines.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure purchased services match bookings and operational requirements.
• Monitor ticket costs, support cost‑control measures and reconcile purchases with bookings for finance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in tourism operations, ticketing, reservations or travel administration.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and perform efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and supplier coordination abilities.
• Proven capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
