About the role

COCO Dubai is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Waiter to join its dynamic hospitality team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a memorable dining experience in an elegant setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menu offerings.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring correct timing and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area.
• Address guest inquiries and special requests to enhance satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Prior experience in hospitality or food service is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
