Trade Marketing Manager – Events & Retail

About the role

Bvlgari is seeking a dynamic Trade Marketing Manager to lead trade and events activities across the Middle East, Africa and India (MEAI) region. Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Director, the role will enhance brand visibility, drive retail performance and strengthen stakeholder relationships through expertly executed events and activations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the MEAI marketing team with in‑store and out‑of‑store activations, ensuring adherence to Maison guidelines.
• Develop and maintain the annual Trade Marketing & Events calendar aligned with brand strategy and commercial objectives.
• Act as the main project leader, coordinating internal stakeholders, the Central Marketing Team and external suppliers.
• Monitor competitor events to identify trends and differentiation opportunities.
• Plan, manage and execute luxury events such as product launches, high‑jewelry showcases, boutique openings, exhibitions, fairs, pop‑ups and VIP client experiences.
• Own the full event lifecycle: concept development, budgeting, logistics, vendor sourcing, production supervision, guest experience and post‑event reporting.
• Ensure all initiatives reflect Bvlgari’s luxury positioning and deliver seamless, elevated experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in trade marketing and high‑end event management within the luxury sector.
• Strong project‑management capabilities with a focus on quality execution and time‑to‑market.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to coordinate central and local teams, agencies and vendors.
• Attention to detail and ability to uphold brand standards across all touchpoints.
