TradFi Presales Expert

About the role

Bybit is seeking a TradFi Presales Expert to lead the acquisition and growth of institutional clients in the traditional finance sector. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal product, compliance, risk, and engineering teams, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing partnership success.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively acquire and onboard traditional financial institution clients, managing the full sales funnel from initial contact to trading activation.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Risk Management, and Engineering to implement institutional‑grade solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract structuring to finalize partnership agreements.
• Manage existing accounts, identify cross‑selling opportunities, and drive AUM and trading volume growth.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis, feeding client feedback to internal teams.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs, including new client acquisition and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 3+ years of sales or business development experience in investment banking, asset management, private banking, or institutional brokerage.
• Established network of institutional contacts with the ability to engage C‑suite stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of, or willingness to learn, digital assets, crypto custody, real‑world assets and DeFi.
• Fluent English with professional communication skills for global institutional clients.
• Highly self‑driven, objective‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
