Trading Operations Specialist – Ukrainian Speaking

About the role

Sforskill is a proprietary trading firm looking for a Trading Operations Specialist who speaks Ukrainian. You will support traders, monitor systems and help resolve incidents while working on a rotating Dubai‑time schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide fast response to trader requests, handle tickets and resolve incidents.
• Monitor infrastructure stability, report bugs and suggest improvements.
• Maintain and update the knowledge‑base documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in operations or support roles, preferably in high‑load environments.
• English level B2 or higher and strong communication skills.
• Basic understanding of trading and financial systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Incident management and customer‑support principles.
• Knowledge of trading and financial systems.
