Training Specialist – Security (Aircrew)

About the role

Join Emirates Group Security as a Training Specialist focusing on aircrew security. You will design, develop and deliver security training for flight and cabin crew, ensuring compliance with international regulations and fostering a strong security culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver security training courses for flight and cabin crew in line with ICAO Annex 17, IOSA, and other regulatory standards.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis, update course materials, and incorporate post‑course evaluations to continuously improve training effectiveness.
• Review and update practical, computer‑based and referral assessments, providing remedial training when required.
• Manage trainer performance, conduct regular observations, and deliver performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Group Security, Flight Operations, Safety, and other stakeholders to align training with operational needs.

Required profile

• Attested degree or honours (12+3 or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in aviation or general security, preferably with flight/cabin crew training.
• Strong knowledge of international security regulations and aircrew safety procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Business writing and reporting abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills for interpreting operational data.
