Travel Consultant – Visa & Immigration Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Travel Consultant to manage visa applications and provide end‑to‑end travel support for our clients and employees in Dubai. You will ensure compliance with UAE immigration regulations while delivering a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end visa applications, renewals and cancellations for travelers and staff, verify documents and submit to UAE immigration authorities.
• Maintain comprehensive records, track status updates, generate reports and ensure documentation for internal audits and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with customers, employees, government authorities and external service providers, providing updates and resolving queries.
• Monitor visa expiry dates, follow up on pending approvals, enforce UAE labor and immigration regulations and communicate deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism or related field (preferred); certifications in visa processing or immigration compliance are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in visa processing and end‑to‑end travel arrangements (flights, hotels, tours, transfers).
• Strong knowledge of UAE immigration and visa regulations.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with visa management systems.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
