Tumoohy Graduate Rotational Program – Commercial, Medical, HR & Finance

About the role

The Tumoohy Program is AbbVie’s Emirati graduate initiative designed to develop high‑potential UAE nationals through an 18‑ to 24‑month rotational journey. Participants rotate across four tracks – Commercial, Medical, Human Resources and Finance – gaining hands‑on experience, real responsibilities and cross‑functional exposure within the pharmaceutical business.

Key responsibilities

• Commercial Track: Field sales, marketing, customer excellence, market access, regulatory affairs, ethics & compliance, quality assurance.
• Medical Track: Medical affairs, patient safety, pharmacovigilance, evidence generation.
• HR Track: Business HR support, talent acquisition, HR operations.
• Finance Track: Credit & collections, accounting, financial planning & analysis.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a valid family book.
• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a bachelor’s degree relevant to the chosen track.
• Strong interest in the selected functional area.
• Willingness to work full‑time onsite in Dubai.
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate and take ownership.
