Vice President of People (Global FinTech)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading global digital assets business to appoint a Vice President of People. Reporting directly to the CEO, this senior leader will shape the people strategy as the company expands internationally and matures its organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with the CEO and executive leadership team to define and execute the global People strategy.
• Lead the People function across Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development, Total Rewards, People Operations and Employee Experience for over 3,000 employees worldwide.
• Drive workforce planning, succession planning and leadership development to build organisational capability.
• Lead organisational design initiatives that support rapid international growth while maintaining agility.
• Develop high‑performing leadership teams through executive coaching, talent reviews and succession planning.
• Ensure consistency, scalability and operational excellence of the People organisation across all regions.
• Advance performance management, career frameworks, employee engagement and talent development programmes.
• Use workforce analytics and people insights to inform executive decision‑making.

Required profile

• Extensive senior People leadership experience within global technology, fintech, digital or high‑growth businesses.
• Proven track record of building high‑performing organisations at scale (3,000+ employees).
• Experience partnering with C‑suite executives and influencing strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workforce planning, succession and leadership development.
