Video Specialist

About the role

GrovY Developers, a real estate company in the UAE, is hiring a full-time, on-site Video Specialist in Dubai. The specialist plans, shoots and edits video content that showcases the company's developments, brand stories and community initiatives across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand campaign goals
• Develop video concepts and storyboards
• Capture high-quality footage and photography on location
• Produce polished videos optimized for web and social media
• Manage media assets, maintain equipment and keep visual branding consistent
• Stay up to date with media trends, propose creative formats and help measure content performance

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Media, Film, Communications or a related field
• Prior experience in real estate, architecture or lifestyle content is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus

Required skills

• Video production: pre-production planning, on-site filming and workflow coordination
• Video editing with industry-standard software and post-production techniques
• Photography of properties, interiors and lifestyle scenes
• Familiarity with lighting and audio equipment; basic motion graphics or animation is beneficial
