VIP/Executive Butler – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a professional VIP/Executive Butler to deliver exceptional personalized service to executives, VIPs, and private households. The role ensures smooth daily operations, upholds the highest standards of hospitality, confidentiality, and etiquette.

Key responsibilities

• Provide butler and concierge services, coordinating schedules, appointments, and personal requests.
• Welcome and assist guests following luxury hospitality standards.
• Supervise housekeeping, manage wardrobe care, and oversee garment organization.
• Coordinate meal service, table setting, and dining etiquette.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, hotel reservations, and transportation.
• Liaise with vendors, maintenance contractors, and service providers.
• Monitor inventory, replenish supplies, and organize meetings, private events, and VIP functions.
• Ensure care of valuable items, artwork, furniture, and luxury assets.
• Maintain confidentiality and prepare daily activity reports.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure compliance with policies, health and safety, and security procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional Butler certification preferred (e.g., British Butler Institute).
• 5–10 years of experience as a Butler, Executive Butler, or in luxury hospitality, preferably in private residences, royal families, luxury hotels, or executive offices.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC is an advantage.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with scheduling applications.
