Virtual Relationship Manager

About the role

The Virtual Relationship Manager will manage a designated portfolio of customers for Rak Bank, driving sales and service performance while ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory standards. This role combines relationship management, cross‑selling of banking products, and delivery of high‑quality customer service in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted sales and service targets within acceptable risk standards.
• Review customer portfolio regularly to identify sales, business opportunities and cross‑sell existing products.
• Manage customer relationships, addressing needs and ensuring service aligns with expectations and contractual terms.
• Complete all tasks accurately and within defined timescales while providing excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Comply with the Staff Code of Conduct and regulatory requirements, including anti‑money‑laundering due diligence.
• Provide specialist information, guidance and advice to resolve customer queries and achieve satisfaction.
• Ensure timely handling of the allocated portfolio to avoid delays or complaints.
• Coordinate client communication and query resolution in line with internal processes and turnaround times.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking or financial services with a focus on relationship management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Sales acumen and ability to manage relationships.
• Knowledge of banking processes and related regulations.
