About the role
The VP will lead retail technology transformation initiatives across risk, regulatory systems, and digital banking platforms, working closely with business heads such as RBG, Credit Management, Risk, and CX.
Key responsibilities
- Drive platform modernization, delivery governance, and AI‑led innovation including prompt engineering adoption.
- Modernize and optimize BPM platforms and risk regulatory applications interfacing with AECB, Central Bank, DLD and other external systems.
- Ensure end‑to‑end process digitization for credit card, personal loan, mortgage and overdraft onboarding and processing workflows.
- Integrate in‑house BPM workflows with core banking, fintech platforms, and regulatory applications while embedding AI‑powered automation.
Required profile
- Senior leadership experience influencing technology, business, risk and compliance stakeholders.
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale digital transformation in banking or financial services.
Required skills
- AI‑enabled automation and prompt engineering.
- BPM platform modernization and integration.
- Risk and regulatory systems interfacing with central banking authorities.
