Waiter – Food & Beverage Service

About the role

The Food & Beverage Waiter at Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel Dubai is the first point of contact for guests in our dining outlets. You will represent the hotel’s hospitality standards, delivering prompt, courteous service that enhances the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and take orders with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the hotel’s quality standards.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, beverage selections, and special promotions.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate timely service.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards in the service area, including proper handling of food and equipment.
• Respect guest privacy and handle any special requests or concerns promptly.
• Continuously develop service skills through on‑the‑job training and feedback.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations.
• Strong passion for delivering excellent guest service.
• Team‑player attitude with good communication skills.
• Fluent English language proficiency.
