About the role
Boga Superfoods is seeking a full‑time Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at its Dubai locations. The role is on‑site and focuses on delivering an exceptional dining experience while upholding the brand’s clean‑eating, farm‑to‑fork philosophy.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow.
- Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team of front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff.
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant personnel.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Ensure consistent high‑quality customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of restaurant experience.
- At least one year in a manager or assistant‑manager role.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast‑moving setting.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
